03 Deliberation and decide
(the main meeting)- Vote and decide before 10 days of the beginning of the fiscal year

04 Transfer
- To the head within 3 days

05 Submission of the balance sheet
(the head)- The head should make the balance sheet within 3 months after closing account
- Attached written opinion from committee member chosen by the council Require settled account to the council

06 Settlement inspection
(The Special Committee of
Budget and Account deliberation)- Check the budget was executed properly and legally by the council approval

07 Deliberation and vote
(The Special Committee of
Budget and Account deliberation)- The 1st regular session in July each year

08 Approval (the main meeting)
- The chairman should transfer the settlement to the head within 3 days
