EXECUTION

  • Chosen by the main meeting deliberation and vote
  • The council member explains about petition when the main meeting request. If it is not necessary.
  • that result should be reported to the chairman and the chairman notice it to the petitioner.

RESULT PROCESS

  • 01 Chosen by the main meeting deliberation and vote
  • 02 If it is for executive organ's work, transfer it to the head with written opinion.
  • 03 The executive organ handles it and reports the result to the council immediately

Appeal

  • Appeal is a kind of right submitted to express relief, proposal or wish if the inhabitants' right or interest is infringed. The statement of appeal may be freely submitted with no introduction of the council member and is different with petition in terms of the fact that it does not require the council's voting. If the statement of appeal is received, the council deliberates at informal gathering or others, reports it to the competent organ and gives a notice of the results to the application.
